Our Story
Harley's Treats USA started the way the best ideas do — out of frustration and love. As dog owners, Theresa and Tony were tired of turning over a bag of treats and finding a novel's worth of ingredients, half of them unrecognizable. Even the "healthier" alternatives were expensive and still full of unnecessary fillers. So they did something about it.
"What began in an RV kitchen and a single Farmers' Market table has grown into something we never could have imagined — and every treat we make still honors that original promise."
Over the past two years, Harley's Treats has expanded to Farmers' Markets across Washington, Arizona, and Florida, with our own storefront and production facility in Mesa, Arizona. The mission has never changed: limited, natural ingredients — at a price real families can afford.
Today, Harley's Treats is led full-time by Theresa, alongside her daughter and youngest son. We are proud to be veteran-owned and operated, and we remain committed to employing U.S. Military Veterans and their families. Theresa's love for dogs — especially her grand-puppies — drives our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality in everything we produce.

For every bag of Beef Liver Bites sold, Harley's Treats donates $2 to Gold Star Peak, Inc. — a nonprofit uniting Veterans and Gold Star Families through the healing power of nature. Inspired by the naming of an Alaskan peak in honor of those lost in military service, Gold Star Peak has grown into a movement of connection, support, and advocacy for the families who have sacrificed the most. When you buy a bag, you're giving back to them.
